Established in 2016 and registered in England, HOM RE UK is a real estate and green infrastructure investment company built around one conviction: capital performs best when it is placed by people who understand the assets, not just the arithmetic.
HOM RE UK specialises in the United Kingdom's residential, hospitality and green energy sectors. We invest in, and lend against, real estate and infrastructure opportunities that are undervalued today but show clear, structural potential for earnings growth — a discipline we are now extending deliberately into UK waste-to-energy infrastructure and green-certified hospitality real estate.
We aim to be the counterparty of choice for UK residential developers and founder-owners of waste and recycling businesses alike: fast, reliable and flexible, building collaborative relationships rather than transactional ones.

We move quickly once a target passes diligence — strong finances, experienced staff and established relationships with agents and vendors let us act decisively on competitively priced assets. But speed follows discipline, not the other way round: every acquisition target is an existing, permitted, operating business.
Where we raise capital through structured instruments, we design principal protection into the mechanism itself and deploy the resulting surplus only against diligenced, hurdle-tested targets — the same architecture set out in full on Our Strategy.
We do not take permitting or planning risk on investors’ behalf. Every operating acquisition target already holds its Environmental Permits or planning consents.

Our leadership combines direct, hands-on experience across waste operations, renewable energy development and cross-border capital markets — spanning three geographies, with local expertise and global capital market access.

Every material we put in front of investors is built by people who have actually run the underlying operations — managed waste facilities, negotiated municipal and commercial contracts, structured renewable projects, and accessed green capital markets directly.
