HOM Re Limited

Waste-to-Energy · Green Energy · Eco Hotels

The best investment on earth is still earth.

HOM RE UK is a UK real estate and green infrastructure investment company building three green-mandated businesses — a nationwide waste-to-energy platform, a green energy portfolio, and a growing collection of eco-certified hotels in Scotland and across the UK.

Alongside them sits Energy Markets, a separately funded division extending our reach into conventional oil, CNG and refining infrastructure — kept apart from our green mandate by design, not by accident.

Aim & Objectives

Continuity first. Growth by design.

HOM Re exists to give investors long-term stability and real growth in the same instrument — not one at the expense of the other. Every structure we bring to market is built around three commitments.

01

Stable, Long-Term Returns

We target consistent, real returns that compound in value over the life of an investment, rather than one-off gains dependent on market timing.

02

Capital Protection by Structure

Where we offer principal-protected instruments, protection is engineered into the structure itself — through sovereign-referenced mechanisms subject to definitive legal documentation — not simply promised.

03

Institutional Standards

Discretion, transparency and rigour in how we structure, document and report — the standard our qualified and institutional investors expect.
Where We Invest

Four sectors. One disciplined approach.

HOM Re concentrates on three sectors where UK regulatory change and demand are actively creating value — waste-to-energy infrastructure, green energy, and eco-certified hospitality real estate — built on an operating model, not a development pipeline.

Sector One

UK Waste-to-Energy

Consolidating founder-owned Materials Recovery Facilities, Anaerobic Digestion operators, Energy-from-Waste and C&D recycling businesses — every target an existing, operating business with Environmental Permits already in place.

Sector Two

Green Energy

Renewable and low-carbon energy generation and recovery that sits alongside our waste platform — turning processed material and biomass feedstock into a usable energy output.

Sector Three

Eco Hotels — Scotland & UK

A growing portfolio of BREEAM- and LEED-class hospitality real estate, with an early focus on Scotland and expanding across the UK.
Sector Four

Green Plantation & Bamboo

Bamboo cultivated through vertical plantation techniques, grown specifically to feed our Green Energy business.
Also — Energy Markets

Conventional energy, funded and disclosed on its own terms.

Oil storage and terminaling, CNG distribution, and refining and processing capacity across the UK, Europe and selected international markets. It sits outside our ICMA-referenced green bond mandate entirely — a fourth line, funded and reported separately, so nothing about it dilutes what our green-bond investors' capital actually supports.

Feeding The Energy Business

Green Plantation & Bamboo — grown to be used, not just preserved.

Alongside our three sectors, HOM RE UK runs a green plantation programme built around bamboo — cultivated using vertical plantation techniques that maximise yield per acre — to supply feedstock for our Green Energy business.

Green Plantation

Plantation land is chosen and managed to serve two purposes at once: carbon sequestration and a steady, renewable feedstock supply.

Bamboo Cultivation

Bamboo reaches harvestable maturity far faster than timber, and converts efficiently into biomass fuel, board material and construction inputs.

Vertical Plantation

A vertical planting method that increases the volume of usable biomass grown per acre, improving the economics of every hectare under cultivation.

Market Timing

Three regulatory tailwinds. Live now.

01

Packaging EPR — live

Roughly £1.4–1.5bn a year is now redirected from producers to recyclers, converting variable income into contracted, recurring revenue for MRFs and plastics processors.

Revenue Tailwind

02

Simpler Recycling — live

220,000+ English businesses must now separate six waste streams by law, with weekly food-waste collection mandated from March 2026 — a structural, national demand shock. Volume Tailwind
03

UK ETS on Energy-from-Waste — 2028

Carbon costs of roughly £48/tonne begin hitting EfW gate fees from 2028. Integrated recyclers that divert waste upstream avoid the cost entirely.

Funding Our Growth

Growth across all three green sectors is backed by a structured capital programme.

We've kept the financing detail — instruments, protection tiers and target returns — to a single page, so this site can stay focused on what we actually build.

Who We Work With

Built for qualified and institutional capital.

HOM RE UK works with Qualified Institutional Investors and High Net Worth Investors seeking real-asset-backed opportunities with genuine structural protection — not a retail proposition, and not marketed as one.

Proof Before Promise: What Our India Platform Tells UK Investors

HOMRE Limited, a separately listed company in India, already runs a biomass energy business at commercial scale — a useful, arm’s-length precedent for the waste-to-value model we’re applying in the UK, not a shared platform or shared balance sheet.
